Biography
Emily Mosnick is an Associate at Arnett Law Group, LLC. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, business disputes, commercial licensing, and products liability. Emily also practices in intellectual property law, including trademark, copyright, trade secrets, defamation, right of publicity, and entertainment and media matters.
Emily graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University of Chicago. She then attended UIC John Marshall Law School, where she served as a Candidacy Editor for the UIC John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law. In 2021, Emily graduated with her Juris Doctor and was licensed before the Supreme Court of Illinois.
In 2025, Emily received the Super Lawyers “Illinois Rising Star” award for Intellectual Property Litigation.
