Arnett Law Group is beyond excited that three of its attorneys (Daniel Arnett, Bethany White, and Joseph Homsy) have launched a new project, The Non-Billable Hour Podcast, your new favorite comedy podcast about the law! The Non-Billable Hour is the brainchild of its hosts, Daniel and Bethany, both seasoned civil defense litigators who have worked together for over 16 years. While there is an oversaturation of stories about criminal law and criminal lawyers, there aren’t a lot of stories about civil law, civil cases, or civil lawyers. Cue Dan’s love of teaching and extensive litigation experience and pair it with Beth’s over-the-top personality and love of storytelling, and, voila, The Non-Billable Hour was born! Add in our executive producer, Joseph (Joe) Homsy for his biting commentary, and you have a new way to deal with your commute.
Throughout the podcast, you won’t hear about murders (except on special occasions), but you will learn tidbits of civil law you didn’t know before, what it’s like to be an attorney (none of that TV nonsense), and about some of the most interesting civil cases and legal issues out there.
